Special Commissioned Reports

Special Reports are produced in digital formats containing both static and rich media elements. They are exclusive documents produced for our commissioners with the purpose of communicating a particular solution and / or strategy.

They are sent to key decision makers and influencers to increases awareness and raise standards. They offer key benefits to the readers and commissioners as identified by all key stakeholders.

Each document is an exclusive opportunity for our clients and partners to communicate to a particular target segment be that a niche or broader audience.

The reports are in the majority distributed to coincide with a larger campaign and are sent for the most part in conjunction with a telecare service pre, during and post the particular project or campaign.

The Special Reports are a ground-breaking initiative that creates another avenue through which one is able to communicate with their desired audience. With the potential to have thousands of hours of footage incorporated into the documents, they contain a vast wealth of up-to-the minute useful information presented in an accessible format.

The digital format using this new technology platform enables readers to watch video clips, download content to their desktop and take part in polls. Involvement of the end user being the major factor to gaining commitment from the audience. In our opinion the key to commitment is involvement. People don’t want to be talked at or sold to – they want to feel they have genuinely been consulted on the final agreed solution and / or strategy.

This new era of technology brings with it a new, more mature model of conducting business and enables the building of true interdependent relationships all working towards a common goal. Thus delivering mutual benefits for all parties involved
