INTERRELATIONS - iREPORT
Government Interrelations are pleased to invite you to participate in this NHS’ Special Commissioned Report – ‘Interrelations’. Utilising the information revolution, this digital, rich media, interactive communications tool is designed to inform, consult and involve staff and stakeholders about innovative projects and work you have been involved in that make and shape our world-leading health system.
iReport empowers you and your organisation to effectively communicate and engage with peers and promote and increase a clear understanding of the work the NHS undertakes on behalf of its population.
The purpose is to share information about what good really looks like in your department and to transfer that knowledge to your colleagues and peers throughout the UK. To embed and not push knowledge.
The objective is to give departments and individuals universal coverage of best practice allowing all to duplicate efficient and effective results and minimise risk and waste of limited resources by not having to reinvent the wheel.
The result allows for a holistic view by encouraging joined up working and thinking thus eliminating silo cultures which leads to faster adoption and diffusion.
By promoting, analyzing, understanding and implementing Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention at the heart of all matters - QIPP.
The outcome Inform – Consult – Involve – Collaborate – Empower
Your work shared throughout the NHS and Central Government Agencies like DH, Academia, Voluntary and Independent sectors. Building great Interrelations.
iReport makes up part of the SCR Special Commissioned Report.
iREPORT
Every one of you has a great project or idea to share. iReport gives you the platform to voice that to your peers in local, regional and central government departments.
The digital format using rich media technology allows you to add videos or podcasts and build in hyperlinks to relevant web pages and portals.
The report is disseminated to leaders across the entire NHS landscape along with academia, voluntary sector, local government, arms length bodies and central government departments like the Department of Health, Office for Life Science, OSHA, NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvements and too many to be listed here.
It is emailed direct to recipients in-boxes as well as being disseminated via internal communication channels such as the SHA’& NHS intranets and extranets, bulletins and newsletters. It’s also posted on various external stakeholder websites, including our own www. link-gov .org . Finally, you can even use it in your own communications for your own purposes or link directly to it or email it to colleagues.
MAKING A DIFFERENCE THROUGH INTERRELATIONS
Each one of us has the desire and the ability to make a difference of everlasting change.
‘Interrelations’ empowers staff with the skills, confidence and space to deliver change themselves – rather than doing it to them and risk seeing it grind to a halt as soon as you exit.
It means getting full stakeholder engagement, providers and commissioners, primary and acute trusts, around a table to co-design new services, rather than working in isolation and facing debate, confrontation and failure to get agreement.
Collaboration is how things get done
You each have a wealth of exciting ideas and projects that could be shared with peers – iReport gives you the opportunity to communicate your projects to an audience of leaders and influencers nationally.
iReport is a revolutionary new platform that will assist your organisation to:
• Build ownership of policies
• Bring rigor to the use of, and the sharing of information, projects and lessons learnt
• Focus attention on relationships with colleagues, patients and stakeholders
• Diagnose challenges and hurdles
• Take a holistic view of whole systems
• Establish continuous communication and two way dialogue to and with all interested parties
LinkGov iReport brings a unique collaborative experience working efficiently with you through the next stage of your journey.
